Enjoy small moments together…

Paul and I just harvested our potatoes. They were all sizes. It was so much fun
and easy to do. The small marble sized ones are great just thrown into the frying
pan over medium heat. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper until just tender. They
are delicious and you just eat them whole.
What a diverse food. Not only is it a nutritious staple in
most homes, but it can provide hours of fun for the
family around the table.
